Quick Start
1) Create your account: Sign up using a valid email/phone and complete your profile.
2) Personalize your profile: Add a profile photo, bio, and links so people can recognize you.
3) Start posting: Share updates, images, and thoughts to your timeline.
4) Connect: Follow people, join conversations, and engage respectfully.
Account & Security
Forgot password? Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page and follow the instructions sent to you.
Can’t log in? Make sure your email is correct, check spam/junk folder for verification messages, and try again.
Suspicious activity? Change your password immediately and contact support with your username/email and what you noticed.
Tip
Use a strong password and avoid reusing passwords from other platforms.
Profile & Settings
Update profile photo: Go to Settings → Profile → Upload Photo.
Edit bio/details: Settings → Profile → Update your info → Save.
Privacy options: Settings → Privacy to manage who can view or interact with your profile.
Posts & Content
How to create a post: Tap “Create” or “Post” and add text, images, or media.
Editing a post: Open your post → Options → Edit → Save.
Reporting content: Use the “Report” option on any post or profile to flag abuse, spam, or harmful content.
Messaging
Start a chat: Open a profile → Message → Send.
Not receiving messages? Check your notification settings and ensure you’re not blocking the person.
Block a user: Open profile → Options → Block to stop messages and interactions.
Troubleshooting
Images/videos not uploading: Check your internet connection and try a smaller file size. If it persists, contact support.
Page not loading properly: Refresh the page, clear browser cache, or try another browser/device.
Still stuck? Email support with a screenshot, your username/email, and what action caused the issue.
